Exchange & Return Policy

At Tarkashi, every piece is made with care, and we want you to love what you receive.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or a different item, provided the piece is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Exchange requests must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we'll ship out the replacement.

Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference. Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos/video of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

How to File a Claim

To request an exchange or report a damaged item, email/DM us at our Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/tarkashi.co/) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (and video, for damage claims) of the item. Claims filed after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, altered/tailored pieces, and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
